As property prices begin to fall and folks discover them self with negative equity it make sense to just assume their mortgage. Why do we've to get one other mortgage if there may be already one in place. For the reason that buyer cannot promote the property because of the excessive exit prices and having no cash to payout the agent and banks it makes perfect sense to do a mortgage assumption. Their leaders are crazy, and the moderators on their website are crazy. Having been banned multiple times from their site is indicative of their instability. I was not banned for saying anything bad. I even prefaced all comments that i support an end to the corruption of Wall Street and Washington. Most of these people are not big thinkers even though they believe they are. What they seem to want is a total destruction of government and all laws, to form a new government with a new utopian vision of the future. They don't consider the ramifications of that, like feeding 300 million people, or the resistance that will be met by land owners and their weapons. It is truly mass hysteria and that is a tragedy.
