I’m sure that someone is going to say that “you can’t judge a movement by the few extremists in it”. But then, that’s exactly what they did to the Tea Party movement. They took videos and images of the most far out looney toons they could find and labeled the entire group as racist extremists bent on the destruction of the middle class.
Now, I’m not sure what these people were up too before they went to the protest, but my guess would be that they slept in till 12pm, begged for money, went to Starbucks, did some yoga in the park, then went to the protest to scream about how unfair the world is.
Don’t get me wrong, I hate corporations and corporatism every bit as much as they do. But when a group of people demands to be set free by the very people who enslaved them, they kinda miss the point.
If they could understand how the government colludes with corporations resulting in the current conditions then we’d get somewhere. After all, a corporation can not even exist without sanctioning by the Federal Government, and corporations are in fact, the very entities that craft all the regulations they are begging for.

These people are crazy. Their leaders are crazy, and the moderators on their website are crazy. Having been banned multiple times from their site is indicative of their instability.
I was not banned for saying anything bad. I even prefaced all comments that i support an end to the corruption of Wall Street and Washington.
Most of these people are not big thinkers even though they believe they are. What they seem to want is a total destruction of government and all laws, to form a new government with a new utopian vision of the future. They don’t consider the ramifications of that, like feeding 300 million people, or the resistance that will be met by land owners and their weapons.
It is truly mass hysteria and that is a tragedy.
