A Ron Paul campaign official tells POLITICO’s Dan Hirschhorn that Paul will announce he raised $8 million in the third quarter.
Ron Paul’s third quarter take is reported to be somewhere near 8 million dollars. But the real story is the fact that all that money came from over 100,000 individual donors, which, according to Politico, is roughly five times more donors than Rick Perry.
Paul’s next big donation day is the 19th of October. A date his supporters picked to launch what they are calling “Black this out”. A donation date designed to protest the media’s refusal to acknowledge the Congressman who has consistently placed in the top three republican presidential contenders.
